Why is itCentury Lake? Has it been here for
one hundred years, perhaps? That
would be 1908. Hey, that's when
Teddy Roosevelt was president, and
he dedicated several reservoirs in

Re: Why is itThanks Larry. I think the dam was built at the last century mark (~1900) which gave the newly formed lake its name. Cheers.
