Hiked the Fourth of July Trail to the Cerro Blanco Trail to form a loop. The trail went right by the peak of Cerro Blanco so we took a short side trip off trail to reach the top.

I went up twice -- once in 83, once in 85 (thence on to Guadalupe Peak). Wore shorts both times. I recall my legs got pretty sunburnt on the latter trip, and the way back through the brush was absolutely agonizing.
