Awesome day hike
Bus to Quebrada de Macul, up the river and valley quite a ways. Option to go to Cerro Ramon or Punta de Damas. La Cruz summit has a cell tower. There is a steep rocky westerly shortcut route straight down to the Bahai temple but it looked tough on the knees. Pretty solid day.
