Twice on top. Can't remember the dates.
I got turned around on the logging roads and never found the trail head on my first attempt. Nice views of the Flathead and the Missions from the top.
Nice easy hike with pal Erik and my dog Skye. The drive to get to the divide trail head takes for ever. It was a hazy day, forest fires. But still a great view.
Climbed this peak with rmick25 a while back. The drive to the trailhead is long and was not expected. Made a great ascent in good conditions. There is an ancient American Indian site located on the route just below the summit and this mountain is considered sacred by local tribes. Windy the entire hike until by the site... spooky.
Up and down in the middle of the night. While a little cold totally worth it
short hike started after 5 pm and was back at the car by dark
Great views and fun scrambling towards the top. Kinda short and not nearly as long or burly as it looks from far away.
Snuck this one in a day before hunting season began. Good thing as hunters were spotted at the trailhead salivating at the prospects of opening day.
July and August 2002, and July 2007 all from the Reservation Divide Trail. Easy 90 minutes to the summit!
