Beachcroft path  Sucess!

Did the Ladder trail up to Dorr and then the traverse to Cadillac. Once I returned to the Tarn, I mozied down the road a 100 yards or so to pick up the trailhead for my final summit of the day beating the afternoons rain by an hour. Views of the bay and back to Bar Harbor were terrific.

Gorgeous Views  Sucess!

This mountain seems to be one of the closest to Frenchman's Bay and gives you great panoramic views of both the water and neighboring mountains. A great hike that is suitable for all ages (though the seven-year-old in my group wanted to turn around a couple of times, he made it!)

Fun trail  Sucess!

Almost backed off into thin air. But alas, I realized my error and kept on. Lots of fun and very nice views of ocean/mountains. Interesting terrain.

No Precipice  Sucess!

Precipice was closed thanks to those dumb falcons, took the Beachcroft Trail instead, which was great. Awesome views of Bar Harbor and Frenchman's Bay.

Great "climb"  Sucess!

My girlfriend and I did this in the hot afternoon. Just the right amount of danger and such a great view. Once on top, we took a break and went down the easy way.

Super hike, with super view  Sucess!

One of my favorite Hikes of all time! Did when I was 10. Had a super good view of the Atlantic Ocean below. Its cliffs made it great too. Enabling you to see straight down.
