This was supposed to be Martin and Switchback. Somehow mixed up the two and ended up with a much longer and more difficult adventure. Started from Foggy Dew TH. Absolutely no new snow on the mountains whatsoever. Could have come in trailrunners. Ascended Martin first then crossed a max class 3 ridge to Cheops (thinking it was Switchback). Descended directly down the chossy southeast face of the mountain and looped back. Kinda disappointing to miss Switchback but was still a great day. NO OTHER HIKERS THE ENTIRE DAY. Just a few motorbikes
Traversed these 3 peaks, which are my last major peaks I hadn't yet done in the Chelan Sawtooths. Started at 2pm got back at dark.
Climbed Cheops, Martin, and Switchback in one day.
Hiked in during with Fletcher the evening to middle Eagle Lake and bivied. The next day we traversed from Bigelow to Switchback and then went down to swim in Cooney Lake. We bivied again and hiked out the next morning.
From camp near Boiling Lake to Cheops then Martin.
