Glorious Granite!

Backpacked to Chimney Rock on Saturday (8/2/08) from the Pack River (East) side with three friends. Bivy'd just below the West Face under clear skies. Summited Sunday in perfect weather and had a GREAT time.

Thanks! Fortunately, it was a big snow year and there were still some lingering snow fields we collected melt-water from.
