Yeah, this view never gets old. It's taken from the parking lot where many people stop for the all around view. Kind of like the view of Lake Louise in the Canadian Rockies.

I actually tried to climb Polly Dome from the lake when I was new to hiking back in '94 and almost lost it on the steep smooth granite before inching my way back down on my butt.

Pywiack Dome looks more like my speed, but
I'd probably need a rope and crampons.

1994 ... was a very good year!
I was working at Sequoia NP ..
