Climbing "Little Hell" from the east toward Frozen Head. Prisoners from Brushy Mountain used to haul their tools up this hill every day to work in the coal mines before the practice was stopped for violating the ban on cruel and unusual punishment. However, the ban does not apply to runners in the Barkley Marathons.
