Cmir and Begunjski vrh

Returning from Bovški Gamsovec on Luknja Pass, we can ascend on the nearby grassy ridge, from where we have this nice view on the easternmost part of Triglav north wall. The leftmost summit in the ridge is Cmir, the rightmost one is Begunjski vrh, both some 1300-1400 m above the valley. There the wall allows a passage also to non-climbers. Two ferrata paths climb (Čez Prag route is clearly seen) over there and join below Begunjski vrh. The nice grassy meadow below looks ideal for a descent down in Vrata valley, but unfortunally it's a "no go" option. Below the meadow there are steep, unpassable abysses. Summer, 2015.
