Heartbeat

That's a long and very interesting list. Thanks for your work on it. Just looking over it quickly, I only noticed one missing - "Heartbeat Peak" (12,251') from the James Peak Wilderness.

nice

Nice list! Height order seems like a good one, but it would be interesting to see it linear order as well (south to north, say). I've been wondering about this for a while.

Re: nice

Check in the additions section - I posted the list North-South with topozone links for the 223 ranked peaks on the divide.

Grays Peak Elev.

The elevation for Grays Peak is incorrect in the table. It is 14,270 and the table reads 14,278.

Peak 13447 ft

Hi guys,

Wonderful list.
I just made a page for UN 13447 ft:

http://www.summitpost.org/peak-13447-ft-or-13463-ft/804175

For some reason on your list and on the list of 13ers, the elevation of this peak is given as 13463 ft. Go to your own list: "Colorado Mountains listed by location North to South", go to #110, Point 13463 ft, Independence Pass. Click on Point 13463 ft and you will see that the map says 13447 ft.

Where did the figure 13463 ft come from?

Re: Peak 13447 ft

The elevation should be 13460' because the southern contour is higher than the contour with the 13447' spot elevation.
13460' is the interpolated elevation of the 13440' closed contour.
Thanks for pointing this out.
I've changed both the name and elevation from 13463 to 13460.

Re: Peak 13447 ft

The map that I look at has a big red line running through the summit obscuring contour lines. My astigmatism does not help either I suppose. I will now have to change the title and all picture captions to 13460.

Thanks for the info.
