Hiked up during a 3-day backpacking trip along Copper Ridge and the Chilliwack River. Beautiful weather and stunning views. Even some interpretive material about local geology and biology on the top!
I did this in 2005 in a torrential downpour. Backpacked in and stayed at Egg Lake. I love this area but that was a cold wet miserable day. I need to go back as this is now the only lookout that I have visited that I do not have a picture of. And I need to visit the true summit of Copper Mtn. Yay. This is one of my favorite places in WA and an area that I do not mind returning to.

Fall colors in October wow!
I totally agree with Redwic. These were the best views I have ever seen from a lookout. All on good trail in stunning country. Best done with good weather so you can enjoy the eye-candy.

Best Views From A Lookout!
In my opinion, this peak has the best views of any Washington lookout still standing, and as such is well worth the effort. Highly recommended hike.
