Gazumped

Been pottering away on a Corbetts list for Summitpost since the weekend. Wasn't expecting anyone else to do a list on them. Nice in-depth page though although, the 2002 edition of The Corbetts and other Scottish Hills (SMC guide)lists only 219. I think there is also a bit of debate regarding Buidhe Bheinn and the drop between it and Sgurr a'Bhac Chaolais. Both appear as a twin peak in the Marilyns list.
Cheers
Stephen

Re: Gazumped

Ah damn I'm sorry, what are the odds? Tell you what next time I'm about to write a Scottish list I'll let you know first so thos kind of thing doesn't happen again.

I thought I had an up to date copy of the list oh well theres always some problem with this kind of thing. I've included your comment as a footnote so cheers for the heads up!

All the best
Dan

Re: Gazumped

No need to be sorry, such is life! The odds would have been pretty big though. Crack on with anything your planning on Scottish lists though, as your pages will probably be more in depth and fancier than mine anyway.

Again a great page:

As with all your pages good in depth information and well presented.
I am not a Corbett specialist but the list will help me in the future when planning my Corbett's.
Keep up the good pages.
David.

Re: Again a great page:

Cheers Dave. Have to admit I'm not that familiar with climbing them myself, but have spent many summers orienteering on some of their slopes.
