Corner Peak and Mac Leod Peak

Corner Peak, on the left, is actually slightly higher than Mac Leod Peak even though it might not look that way from here. This view is from the ridge connecting Corner Peak to the pass at the head of Swift Creek, and it also shows much of the ridge traverse between Corner and Mac Leod. That traverse is more rugged than it appears from this perspective and goes at Class 3/4 with loose rock and some exposure. Gros Ventre Range, WY-- July 2009
