This area has a lot of great canyons. Hiked up the road at the beginning so that we could do the loop through the Cottonwood Canyon Narrows. We also explored the upper narrows. Didn't see any other people during the entire hike.

Wonderful canyon
Not sure the exact date I hiked this canyon, but it was back in the fall of 2000 when I was working at Natural Bridges National Monument. It's a nice place that not many people know about...

Nice, Easy AccessRight next to the road so you gotta stop if you are driving by. Go upstream for awhile, too. Cool!

From north trailhead to south trailheadOne of the nicest places to visit along the Cottonwood Canyon Road.

SandyDidn't see anyone else during the hike. Rather deep sand, but nice. I love the colors of the rocks opposite the narrows.

Cottonwood NarrowsThis is a nice little canyon just off Cottonwood Road. It's a good one for kids too.
