Impressive map, Bob!!!

Looks like Arizona has the largest individual
counties, as far as land area goes. Oh, looks like you still need to do Browns Peak (Gila County). I know, Bob!!! SO MANY MOUNTAINS ...
SO LITTLE TIME! Awesome map!!!

Re: Impressive map, Bob!!!

Packard for years was the county highpointing "king", but a couple of guys now have more counties than he does. But he's at or near the top of most of the county highpointing statistics. He's also high on many of the Prominence peakbagging statistics. BTW, if you look way down some of those lists you might even find my name in a few places.

Okay ...

That deserves my vote!!! I didn't know that these lists existed! Looks like a list of "bowling averages" - very impressive! The Tacoma Mountaineers made no mention of "peak bagging or high pointing as a "bonafide SPORT" back in the 1980s, at least the group of fine folks that I traveled around the Cascades with. Looks like people, equipment and mountaineering in general has come a long way since then! Incredible!!! Thank you, Bob!

Re: Okay ...

There's another website with great peakbagging statistics - it's my friend Greg Slayden's www.peakbagger.com. If you put all your climbs into the database, you can see how you're doing on a host of lists. For example, here's my list of lists there.
