Re: Amazing crevasses !Thank you very much for your nice commenrts and vote to my photo. These glaciers are essential to the existence of Pakistan's 160 million people, most of whom live in the dry, subtropical plains of the Indus basin.

My apology,I never thought about it that way.
The only glaciers I have ever touched were on
Mount Rainier, which is capable of causing
many hardships for people when it erupts.
Let's hope that people heed the warning!
