Hi Cissa,
I'm not sure if it's clear here but this is actually Smith Rock in Oregon (not Devils Tower in Wyoming)...but you're very correct in that it's a similar type of rock (basalt) and similar type of climbing (cracks) in both cases.

In my case, I'd love to try climbing in Tres Picos (like now also! :)) someday as well as a few more places in Brazil. Anyway, thanks for visiting and I've enjoyed looking at some of your photos. Cheers,

Tres Picos is in my wish list as well. Too bad dry season here is so short, it´s hard to climb everything we want in just a few months. Ever heard of Place of Happiness route on Pedra Riscada?

Have not heard of that one (but my homework has been very limited so far...only bought the guidebook ...with the help of a very generous Brazilian climber here on SP!). So what is the best/dry season for Tres Picos?
