A wonderful page! Its obvious that you have done quite a bit of research before building this. Any word on how the new owners feel about climbers?
Thanks txmountaineer, we will have to see how the new owners are, right now not much to say about opening it up to hikers.
Maybe I should head the 45 minutes to Glen Rose to talk with them. ;-)
Thanks for stopping by and voting.
Great page! Thanks for keeping up to date on such a constantly-changing story!
Thanks for your vote again, Brad. This is the only fourteener that can be done without a hoard of people on the summit, and worth the money, IMP.
Great work on this page. Too bad this mountain is covered in so much redtape.
About as complete a post as I've seen on this site. Looks like a nice peak to summit. I'm a bit confused over who to pay and how to do so. Just use the email adress, eh?
Thanks for the vote.
Thanks for the vote km, and thanks for the info.
After shelling out $150 to climb Culebra and Red Mt'n, you may regret spending it on a Class 1 peak!..I'd recommend getting a six pack at this point as I did!
LOL, that's good. I agree, it's not the most picturesque area in the state.
