Re: Beautifulthanks! Curt looks pretty good for having just hiked 16 + miles and close to 8000ft elevation gain in about 6 hours! Thats what being 17 years old will do for you!

YikesI get vertigo just looking at this shot. I walked past fin dome two summers ago and wondered if there was a way up that Mt. - Nice!

Re: YikesIt is a breathtaking backdrop, yeah the west to north west side isn't too bad of an approach, only a couple spots where you might want to rope up (we didn't).

Fin DomeHey Glenn, I'm thinking about hiking to the top of Fin Dome. Do you think non experienced climbers could handle an ascent in hiking boots? Did you just bee-line to the West/North approach from Rae Lakes?
