Thanks for looking!
Looks like my kind of route. Varied terrain, technical rock, exposure, remote....very cool!
This was my favorite climb of 2013 hands down!
If the first ascent was in 2002 and the second this past summer, who made this page in the first place? Did one of the first climbers write the page and then abandon it, was it by someone who tried the route but failed, or was it, worse, by someone who had not climbed it at all?
Also-- chockstone, not chalkstone. Think of chocks and hexes and how they work.
Anyway, nice job on the page and the climb-- looks like something I'd enjoy with the moderate grades and the remoteness and the variety.
The original creator of the page has long been inactive and it was horrible as well. He made the FA though. Thanks for reminding me about big rocks that wedge themselves lol. That's one of those words I must have been misinformed about the spelling when I first started hiking and canyoneering and the wrong spelling just stuck with me.
It's an awesome route indeed!
Happy new year
