Fun hike to the Peak
This was my first attempt to summit Eagle Peak and thanks to the trip reports and the info on this page it made it easy. I didn't notice any log book at the top but I may have missed it. The views from the top are outstanding and if the clouds were not blowing in I'm sure I would have had a great view of the valley as well.

I’m glad I climbed to the top of Eagle Peak otherwise I would haven’t had an awesome panoramic view of Yosemite. Lots of mosquitoes at this time of year but the waterfalls are amazing!

Scramble from Camp
We were camped near the lake. I hiked due West through the forest to reach the summit.

In a cloud, in the wind, and in the cold.
Very unseasonable temps for June. Fairly easy route finding to the northeast ridge from the "Cliff Lake trailhead."
