At a 1st glance.....

I thought the fog was a lake. Beautiful none the less Eric....must have been a cool place to chill and much more impressive in person. Happy Trails out there good friend.

Thanks a lot, TyeDyeTwins! Yes, the fog was amazingly sharply outlined yesterday (8-10-2010) morning, and it really gave that impression!
It was cool, but by no means freezing cold then. And later on during the hike, even above 6250 feet, it was stifling hot as if in July...I believe I consumed at least four liters of water...
