East Peak can be

bypassed by a use trail (that peters out) on the east side or you can go over the top of East Peak on your way to Aneroid. The way I went was via the use trail which goes across the snow seen in the middle of the picture. The use trail then disappears as it rounds the corner but by staying at near the same elevation, you can find your way to the saddle between East Peak and Hidden Peak. 7-14-06
