Approach over the glacier, descent to the Avigna valley
From the Sesvenna Hütte I came up by the normal route from the Sesvenna hut.
After scrambling up to Piz Sesvenna along the East ridge, I also had a go at Foratrida, but it was just a pile of shifting rocks, and everything was moving all around me. That didn't feel safe, so I backed off.
