It may be an interesting

addition to this album, there aren't many wild edibles from South Asia there yet! And, why no add its local name? Others may know what it is in "botanical latin".

Aye, I can do that. I sent my dad a message to see if he knows the origins for the name, but it's called sodakku thakkali (tamil) which literally translates to "sodakku = cracking one's knuckles" and "thakkali = tomato". I found one source that calls it Sun-berry with a latin name of Physalis minima Linn.
