Beautiful view point
Started from Bettmeralp with my wife and failed to find the via ferrata - but did climb the Eggishorn - and all along appreciated superb views of the biggest glacier in the Alps.

impressive view of the glacier Grosser Aletschgletscher.
Route Climbed: From Kuhboden Date Climbed: July 1989
It was a great summer. In consecutive 5 days we made with children 6 fine summits. On this day we took the cable-car to Kuhboden, ascended Eggishorn from there, went down and on the same day travelled to Grimsel Pass and ascended Siedelhorn, another great panorama summit.
