I should definitely go there while glacier is still looking like it’s supposed to, and I guess it won't for too long. It is urgency so maybe my next trip should take me to Switzerland and Bernese Oberland.
Thanks, Sasa! Yes, it's a nicxe hike. But just a short one, with children, for example. If you go to Switzerland, you'll certainly find other targets. But for half a day, passing by - why not?
BTW - have you seen pictures from Sisol, Ucka? Just because it's part of beautiful Croatia. And - compliments for overcoming Carla del Ponte on the way towards EU :-)))
Yes, I was thinking about Eggishorn as bonus peak in a trip to Dom or Jungfrau regions. I would love to see Aletsch glacier in its full glory before it's too late, if it's not already. But it is still decent at least.
I've seen the shots, beautiful, especially the one with pine and Cres!
