Concavo glacier direct
First of four peaks climbed with Gabriel (Engendradodelayuca on SP) in the southern part of El Cocuy National Park. I opted for an alternative, more direct route up the glacier. All the crevasses were open; the weather was clear, and the views were great. A few steeper moves required to make the summit but if I ever return, it would be more fun to first climb the lower southern summit and then take the ridge across to the true summit. great range
