I'm happy you folks are getting out. It's still a little warm for me at Lake Mead, but I have plans for December.
People never tell ME that I'm pretty; maybe I should start wearing more colorful pants.
As everyone knows, I've been a fan of Larrea tridentata ever since "The Meaning of Life".
The temps have been perfect today (Friday) out there. I don't think it will be getting warmer any time soon.
Merci beaucoup and greetings from the desert!
You know how to enjoy.
Regards Milan !
Nice photo, Anya! Conditions look like they were perfect. The lake surface looks like it was very calm. Was there any wind on the peak?
Hello Tracy and thanks,
Indeed it was warm, but not too warm and just a light breeze on the peak. Saw a few boats go by from the narrows, but they probably didn't see us. Cheers.
Thanks for the nice comment.
Many Happy Summits to you!
The chromatic harmony in the picture compliments your harmony with Nature.
PS. Thanks for the vote on the ptarmigan drawing.
I always enjoy your art work Jim.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

I found that smile, your smile I was looking for all day!
All the best from sunny Poland
Thanks Tomek and all the best to you from Nevada. By the way, I'm Polish also and so is my dog :)
So now it's clear for me :)
The beauty says everything!
Pozdrowienia from Rzeszow
I was fortunate to be at lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. Such a spectacle. Nice in blue, my favourite colours too. (lots of Qui).
I'm heading over to CA and Nevada in the Spring. Trek, Bike, and Badminton.
Thank you for all the nice comments and votes. I hope you have a wonderful trip! Spring is a perfect time to visit western states.
I love this one! You look so radiant and relaxed in that breathtaking landscape surrounding you!
Has anyone noticed the water level? That was two years ago.
Thanks for sharing all of your beautiful shots of nature!
