The 4WD road from the northwest passes through at least two (abandoned?) experimental forests. The second major one is of eucalpytus at c. 6,900 ft. The fragrant smell of eucalpytus was nice through here and it broke up the monontony of the terrain that came before it. March 3, 2007.
