Was just wondering

what (camera) settings you used?

If you want to keep it a secret, that's cool.

When you zoom in on the subject, how do you
keep the blur out? Tripod ???

Re: Was just wondering

Hi, Larry! No secrets here...just luck and timing. Used a Canon PowerShot SX10 IS, settings were f/5.7, 1/640, ISO 100. The SLR makes better photos, but I got tired of lugging it and the extra lenses around.

Re: Was just wondering

Totally agree!

I got the Canon PowerShot SX110 IS.

Still learning - but one day I hope to reach
"Nirvana" or "Instant Karma," whichever comes
first.

Re: Was just wondering

I got the SX110 also....my daughter takes that on hikes. I actually like it better than the SX10. 9MP and a good 10X zoom, and much more compact. And you don't have to worry about losing the lens cap :)

Re: Was just wondering...

Yeah. Now ALL I have to worry about is losing
my baseball cap in an Arizona blizzard!
