Flat summit area

Actually, the top of Śnieżnik is broad and flattish, and does not afford a 360-degree panorama of the surroundings. To get the views you have to walk at least a few dozen metres away from the very summit, where once stood an observation tower. This is a southeasterly view, towards the other high ranges of the Eastern Sudetes (the Hrubý Jeseník: Keprník on the left and Praděd beyond it). The dwarf pine is not a native species here but was introduced by man.
