Route Climbed: Old Fort Loop Trail
A great day to be out on the mountain! Fort Mountain was actually my second choice but storm damage took out the trail of Rich Mountain which I was hoping to climb. But it was an interesting place to hike around and I have no regrets. I was disappointed that I couldn't climb into the tower at the summit, but the rangers had locked off the stairwell and blacked the entrance. I presume this was for structural reasons of some sort.

Climbed Gauhti TrailFirst trip to Georgia. Nice park and nice hike to the top. The Gauhti trail was very interesting and went through a lot of different forest types.
