Fortunate
Fortunate to have a good fall day and a good summit hike. I came from Meadow Creek and took the NW ridge on the way up and it worked fine, just a little brushy. On the way back I descended the north slope. Steep heather but not difficult. Didn't see anyone else all day.

I really enjoyed this peak. Great views and straightforward route.

Views would have been a lot nicer without all the smoke in the air. Saw a black bear just below the summit - no surprise with all the blueberries in the area.
