climbed over frasco benchmark on the way to and from french on this fine, january day. scrambling is much more challenging with larges gloves and plastics.
Did French, then Frasco then descended. Finally got Casco 3 yrs later.

The Trio with Kiefer
I remember this as a nice Colorado backcountry day with a cornice climb and talus surfing with Kiefer, not to mention a sweet drive in the Mercedes.

Lackawanna-French Loop
S Fork Lk TH and NW slopes route up Lackawanna. Then over to Casco and on to French via Frasco BM. Descent into basin to E of Casco-Frasco Col from about half way down to col from Frasco BM (loose red gravel; perfect for descending), and back down to TH. A wonderful ridge-y loop. Nothing beyond 2+.

10/27/07 - Nice solo fall hike, Roach's standard loop over Casco/French/Frasco trio.
1/19/14 - Via Echo Canyon. A wind scoured line provided an avy safe path to the Bull Hill/Casco saddle and we ran the ridge over Casco and then out and back to French (over Frasco both ways). Quite a long day in winter and the ridge was more interesting than I remembered.

FFC from South Halfmoon Creek TH
Great mid-way (sort of...) benchmark between French Mountain and Casco Peak. This route is a fine higher altitude day - plenty of training above timberline! Great views, even better company!

Frasco Benchmark in unranked peak, but still this is nice mountain. I hike this peak as part of SP group with French and Casco.
