The Midi-Plan Ridge seen from Aiguille de Rochefort (southeast). Aiguille du Midi is the high point on the left and Aiguille du Plan is the high point on the right. Col du Plan is the low point on the ridge. Between Col and Aiguille du Plan is Rognon du Plan. Below the ridge are the seracs and crevasses of Vallée Blanche. June 2006.
