The picture was taken from the southwest buttress route on Fremont Peak in the Wind River Range of Wyoming - an amazing place! This lake would be difficult to reach and the water is likely only a few degrees above freezing.

Swimming

I know the water doesn't get very warm. That's not what I care about(I've swum in 36 degree water). I want to know if the air temperature gets warm enough in summer to swim(70's/80's). How high in elevation is this lake?

The air temperature gets into the 70's in the summer. The lake is at elevation 11,170'.
