Mr. Dean ?You & I know that this section of
MRNP has tons of elk! When I was
living in Puyallup, I actually
volunteered as an "elk counter."
It was in early October, and the
things were all over on the north
and east sides of Rainier. My
point is : Dennis has an "elk
question" for you. Thanks, Dean!!!

Re: Mr. Dean ?Where haven't you lived? I lived in Auburn for 4 years but never volunteered for much of anything in those years. Dennis has figured out what an elk looks like. Check back to the original thread at his Trip report. Pretty funny but at least it is a bit closer to what an elk looks like.
