From the west ridge of Fisher Peak, the two Silent Lakes are visible. The route to Mt. Arriva is around the shoulder to the left of the upper lake.

Yeah, I don't know what they want either. Maybe they think it is supposed to be a photography critique vote instead of a content quality vote. I tend to think it's supposed to be more about content, with the rules of composition not completely trashed. Exposure and sharpness also count of course. But I agree with you that if a mountaineer doesn't like a decent shot of this view, I don't understand either!
