Quick morning stroll  Sucess!

This is a quick stroll not far from my home. It's a climbers path, not a trail.

Fuller  Sucess!

Misty, no-view day. Done as a '3fer' with Deep Devil and Grand Ridge. Didn't see any ribbons marking the trail, so I just went up the relatively easy south ridge to the top from the gravel pit. Rode my bike to/from the gravel pit, which was a big time saver.

Nice and easy  Sucess!

Good quick hike. It could certainly be done after work, with it's close proximity to population centers and the fact that it can be done in under 3 hours.
Got a little off track near the summit, the trail branches and I went right instead of left to the ledge. Eventually the right path was found and the views were better than I expected.

Simple Trip  Sucess!

When getting to the top it was one of those moments where you say "hmmm I believe the top is at the top of one of these trees".

Finally  Sucess!

It took me 28 years of hiking this area to finally get around to Fuller Mountain. Fun little hike with a decent view at the overlook.

Climbed with kurt, EK and JL  Sucess!

Cloudy and very high snowlevel allowed for early-fall like conditions. Good view of Si from an outcropping that faces east. Everything looks the same on top. Kinda got lost for a few minutes. Felt like the blair witch project.

Underestimated Hike  Sucess!

Given its low elevation, this peak can be easily underestimated. Don't be fooled. The summit trail seemed to traverse endlessly around the mountain slopes. Much of the trail, especially the upper portions, was rough and unstable. It was easy for me to understand why some people lose track of the true trail during the descent. Fortunately, I had no such issue and found my way fine both directions. The summit offered no views, but the rock outcropping a little beyond the summit had great views to the east. Overall, it was a good hike.

with EastKing and J Lewis + his bro  Sucess!

significant blowdown blocks the trail before obtaining the summit ridge on the final switchbacks.

it's easy to lose your direction from the summit down to that spot so it wouldn't hurt to mark your ascent with wands from point where ridge is attained to the summit (only appr. 1/4 mile or perhaps less).

Also climbed with Kyle  Sucess!

This is a great and easy hike that has great views. It is very secluded and really takes you away from the stess normal life. There is some fun/easy bouldering that can be done in the clearing. All in all a great hike.

nice, secluded summit  Sucess!

Easy day hike to fuller mountain summit. A bit tricky to find the viewpoint after summiting, but managed after about a half hour. Great views for such a short hike. Didn't see one other person on the trail!

Climbed with Kyle!

Well I summitted with the man who created this well organized page. It was a fun, easy and quick day-hike with great views of Bessemer, Hancock's comb, Si, (you know the weary recapitulation). Recommended for easy hikes involving utter SOLITUDE.
