With Rachael. Loop hike of Maggie Gulch, parked at a turn off for the Ruby mine to avoid a narrow rocky shelf in my Subaru. Left the road higher up and hiked past Crystal Lake and up a nice grassy slope to the ridge, then traversed the basin picking up the CDT before traversing out and back to 13069 and back down the CDT to the road. Long combo, but good grassy slopes made travel quick.

nice and lazy hike
Had some virus, but could not rest in bed (it drives me crazy to be bed bound), so decided to go for an easy walk…
Hiked up the road from Stony Pass turn- off towards Buffalo Boy Mine, up the ridge, over to Galena Mnt. and then took an unmarked trail on maps back to the road. Nice loop. LIttle snow here and there, clouds, cough and sweated the virus out up the mountain...
