Glötterspitze, Großlitzner, Gross Seehorn and Saarbrücker Hütte

If you look real closely, you can see the Saarbrücker Hütte on the right of the photo, strategically located on a shoulder of the Kleinlitzner west ridge. Directly behind it is Gross Seehorn, the mountain we climbed earlier today. We're hiking down the Kromer valley now, taking a shortcut. The dirt road leading up to the refuge can be seen on the left. The road isn't steep, and so it's faster to come down more directly. It's far from obvious from this photo, but there is actually a trail - look closely on the left, and you might be able to spot the typical Austrian white-red-white marker. 25 July 2013.
