What is the difference between a mountain goat and a chamois? because I'm not sure. Thankyou for noticing and informing me of this.

The chamois, that in Europe plays the same role as the white mountain goat in The U.S., is not a goat but an antelope (the only antelope in Europe). It can be recognized by the strong curvature of the ends of its horns, and by the characteristic colur pattern of its head.
