Nice work

I'm glad you added this one. A register by John Vitz doesn't surprise me, I see them all over the west. John is a prolific prominence peak bagger with over 500 of them. You might want to get rid of the "under construction" tag now, you've got a pretty complete page as far as I can see.

Re: Nice work

Thanks very much Dean! I've noticed him on cohp.org and have always noticed his summit logs (usually he is the only one who signed it) on some very obscure west desert peaks in Utah, including Howell, George H Hansen, Desert, Craner and Tetzlaff peaks to name a few.

Good start, but...

Check the spelling.

Nice job

Since I started frequenting SP.com I realize how many more mountains there are to climb. This looks like a coll one, and I wish I still lived in Ogden so I could head out to it this weekend.

Re: Nice job

Thanks very much! This is a perfect time of year to explore them... The Silver Island Mountain range will definately impress! For sure it is one of my favourite spots in the Utah west desert, and the rugged desert peaks are a lot of fun, I'm glad you liked :-)
