Grand Teton North Ridge
Looking down into Valhalla Canyon and the trail from the large ledge at the top of the chimney pitch on the North Ridge of the Grand Teton. The infamous "slab" pitch comes right after the chimney pitch. We joked about the exposure up here as being an "airplane view". August, 1978 (photo by Bob Boyles)
