I am sorry, but I am very busy and have very little time to deal with posting or putting photos on web pages - so I used SummitPost only to get more information about different mountains. Yesterday I found some time and posted the first 50 pictures. I am very surprised and pleased that you and some other mountaineers like it - so I wish to continue in the future. I found some time also to visit some of your great pages and your photos.

Nice detailVery cool pic.
If you look closely on the Col Des Grandes Jorasses saddle, near the Pt. Young couloir you can see the tiny dot of the Canzio bivouac.

Re: Nice detailI thought, it's just a rock ... the picture was easy to shot from one of the viewing platforms on the Aiguille du Midi cable car station - only a big zoom (225mm) was necessary.

The framing effect from the clouds is also very nice
