Recently you have posted many very good photos! Congratulations and keep posting!
Thanks for your appreciation,
I am sorry, but I am very busy and have very little time to deal with posting or putting photos on web pages - so I used SummitPost only to get more information about different mountains. Yesterday I found some time and posted the first 50 pictures. I am very surprised and pleased that you and some other mountaineers like it - so I wish to continue in the future. I found some time also to visit some of your great pages and your photos.
Being busy is very relative. Thanks once again for your nice contribution!
You certainly have a great eye... this is another spellbinding shot! Congratulations. -Tim-
Very cool pic.
If you look closely on the Col Des Grandes Jorasses saddle, near the Pt. Young couloir you can see the tiny dot of the Canzio bivouac.
I thought, it's just a rock ... the picture was easy to shot from one of the viewing platforms on the Aiguille du Midi cable car station - only a big zoom (225mm) was necessary.
It's actually a very good picture - you should be proud of doing something this good on one of the most over-used views of the GJ!
The framing effect from the clouds is also very nice
