Green Layers

This scene shows the beautiful large trees covered with mosses and new growth trying to gain light in the dense Hoh Rainforest. Mosses are even taking hold deep in the decaying bark of the tree in the foreground. In the background, hanging moss is already grasping the tall conifer sides almost in a step-like pattern.
