Lots of good info. My vote will drop in a couple of weeks if pictures don't appear, but I'm eagerly anticipating them.

Great information and some decent pictures. You may want to consider adding a signature photo but good job. Good climbing to you!

Woohoo, I actually summited this one when I was 11 years old (Gumachi). Thanks for posting the page!! I will try to dig out some photos from there from my dad's archives.

Thanks for the vote!

It's a nice little peak in beautiful surroundings and it felt like bliss to have a really easy summit for a change, after many hard days in the Bezengi area.

Dig deep in your father's collection :-)

Some better photos would be very appreciated.

Saw this one on your other web-site. Good thing you were Taliban compliant with the 45 day beard rule!

:-))))

It took some time before I realized with the Taliban comment.

Yes, I grew a long beard just to blend in a bit better and as my beard is a bit reddish and I obviously resembles an Afghani from the Nuristani parts, most people I met thought I was from that province.

A very interesting visit actually, sad of course, but still very interesting to have been in a country while a really draconic regime was in power.

I was very well treated I have to add.
